To the One Organizing This
You’re the one herding the group: the chat, the spreadsheet, the “so, is everyone in?”. This page is built to be forwarded. It answers what your friends will ask — what’s included, what it costs each, where everyone sleeps, what happens if someone drops out. Send it to the group as-is. When you write to us, you’ll get the exact per-person number for your size and month, plus photos ready to pass straight along. You bring the people; the rest of the week is our job.
What “Exclusively Yours” Means
No other guests that week. Not one. Every room, the beach in front, the boats, the long dinner table: all of it is your group’s. We block every booking channel for your dates the day your deposit lands, and it’s written into your contract. We (the family) live here and run your week; that’s the only company you’ll have.
A Hosted Week, Not a Rental
You could rent a big villa and organize everything yourselves. This is the opposite: 7 nights on the beach, three home-cooked meals a day, two island-hopping days by boat (Bacuit Bay with Big Lagoon, plus the quiet Malampaya Sound), a day in El Nido town (the Canopy Walk, the Dream Catcher suspension bridge, and its restaurants and beach bars), land days (the Kuyawyaw waterfalls, the 1738 Spanish fort, Lake Manguao, the fishing village), and round-trip airport transfers. Coordinated by us, cooked and driven by our own family, and guided in the field by the trusted local partners we already work with every week. Your group shows up. That’s the whole job.
Big Lagoon and El Nido town are the two most popular stops in Palawan — and the most crowded: local rules already cap Big Lagoon at 400 visitors a day for exactly that reason. We won’t pretend otherwise, and we can’t promise you’ll have it to yourselves or an early start (our boat runs on clearance from the Liminangcong coast guard, and that can land anytime). What we can promise: on both those days, the boat is yours. Not a shared tour with 25–40 strangers — just your own group, the same people you’ve already spent the week with.
And the schedule bends to your group: it’s just you, so the week flows at your pace.
Our standard package is 8 days, 7 nights — everything above, priced as one week. Need it longer or shorter? Tell us your group’s dates and we’ll adjust the itinerary and the price together.
7 nights on the beach, the whole resort yours · 3 home-cooked meals a day · 2 island-hopping boat days (Bacuit Bay + Malampaya Sound) · a day in El Nido town (Canopy Walk, Dream Catcher bridge, restaurants & bars) · land days: Kuyawyaw waterfalls, the 1738 Spanish fort, Lake Manguao, the fishing village · round-trip airport transfers (5–6h, we drive) · your pace — it’s only you · Not included: flights (we help you route them) + travel insurance (required)

Your Dates, Almost Any Week
Private groups pick their own week, almost any time of year. We’ll tell you honestly what each season is like (including the rainy months) before you decide.
The only weeks never available are our public small-group departures: August 22–29 and September 5–12, 2026. Everything else is open, including the summer windows right around them (Aug 8–15, Aug 15–22, and Aug 29–Sept 5).
How Pricing Works
One per-person price for the whole week, everything included, based on two things: how many of you there are (6 to 12) and the season. The bigger your group, the less each person pays. The two ends of the range: from €815 per person all-in if you’re a full group of 12 in low season, or from €6,660 for the entire resort if you’re 6. Booking in August? Ask about the August special.
Any size in between? Say the number on WhatsApp and you’ll have your exact price in minutes.
You’ll get the exact number for your size and month on WhatsApp in minutes. No quote forms, no hidden line items. Flights (international + the domestic hop to Puerto Princesa) are the only thing you book yourselves, and we help you find the best routes.
Who This Is For (And Who It Isn’t)
Rooms, Honestly
8 real beds across two bungalows, sleeping 12 in total. Palmscape Paradise is one open room for 6: 4 single bunks + 1 Queen bed, with its own shared bathroom. Jungle Heaven is a separate building with two named rooms — Jungle (one King bed, sleeps 2) and Heaven (two Queen beds, sleeps 4) — connected by a shared sitting room, with one open-air bathroom between them. Every bathroom here is shared by zone and used strictly by turn — but the shower and toilet themselves are 100% private while you’re inside. Real Emma mattresses throughout. Fan-cooled, spotless, simple on purpose.
Since the whole resort is yours, there are no room categories and no supplements: you decide who sleeps where. We’ll show you the layout and you sort it out over dinner.

Fair warning: the “who gets the King bed” conversation starts earlier than you’d think.

Translated from Korean: “The best place for a truly quiet, peaceful holiday: a private sea with fish and corals. The road from El Nido is a bit long and rough, but it’s worth it. I want to come back before it gets famous.”
Before any deposit changes hands, we send a written booking contract with our official business permit attached. We’ve received deposits from travelers on four continents with zero issues.
We’ve hosted groups of friends and families for years; the private buyout simply makes official what this place always was: one group, one long table, one quiet bay.
FAQ: Private Groups
Q: Is it really only us?
A: Yes. We block every booking channel for your dates the day your deposit lands, and the exclusivity is written into your contract. The only people you’ll see are your group and our family running your week.
Q: Does one person pay, or can we split it?
A: Either, your choice. One transfer from the organizer, or each person sends their share by Wise or bank transfer with their name as the reference. We track it and confirm to the organizer as each payment lands.
Q: How do deposits and payments work?
A: 35% of the group total locks your week; the remaining 65% is due 30 days before arrival. We send the written contract and our official business permit before any money moves, and we can do a live video call of the resort as a standard step for group bookings.
Q: What if our group grows or shrinks?
A: You can add people up to 30 days before the trip, and the per-person price adjusts down to your new size for everyone at the final payment. The size you sign is the minimum billed: if someone drops out, the group covers their share or brings a replacement. That’s what lets us say no to everyone else for your week.
Q: What about rain?
A: Same honesty as everything else: if you pick a green-season month, expect some rain. Sea days move within your week if weather blocks them; land days always run. We’ll tell you straight what your month usually looks like before you commit.
Q: Do we still need travel insurance if it’s a private group?
A: Yes — it’s required for everyone, private group or not. We coordinate the boat trips, waterfall hikes and transfers with trusted local partners as part of your week, and your travel insurance is what covers you if anything goes wrong out there. It doesn’t add anything to what you pay us; we just ask to see proof before arrival.
Your Week Starts With One Message
Tell us how many you are and what month you’re dreaming of. A real person (one of the family) will reply with your exact price and everything else you need to bring it to your group.
P.S. Forwarding this to your group? This page answers what they’ll ask. The photos and your exact number are one message away.
